Stress is the number 1 killer in western society.
Poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and an over all disregard for our health has led us to the point where we live in pain and are dying younger from heart disease and stroke.

We have all heard the solutions:
Eat better and get more exercise, but doesn't that interfere with running our businesses and juggling our family lives.
Well it doesn't have to be all or nothing.

• Take the stairs instead of the elevator (at least part way)

• Park the car a little further from the store and walk a bit

• Involve your family in activities

• Join a group of like minded people and share your strengths. This has proven to reduce stress

• Learn to listen instead of always having to prove you are an authority

• Sign up with a team to do charity. Always a good way of promoting goodwill and your enterprise

• Get involved with personal or group fitness
